What if my event is going to be less than 150 people? Will the price be lower than the base price on the website?

The base price is set for crowds UP TO 150 people, but if you are below that number, it doesn’t change the base price. The reason for this is that we have to be able to pay our bills. When factoring in basic utilities, cleaners, future expansions to make our venue even more beautiful, and the cost of paying the people helping to make your big day a reality, we really can’t go any lower than this.

Do you have a preferred vendor list? Can I bring in outside vendors?

We do not currently have a preferred vendors list, but we are in the process of creating one. With that being said, we do currently allow outside vendors, but that is always available to change. During the time of your booking, we will advise you on whether we still allow outside vendors or not.

Can I book your On-Site baker through the venue?

Because the On-Site baker has a separate business from Cornelia’s Place, you would book her separately and communicate your needs and wants to her directly. She will bill you separately from us as well.

How many people can the Historic Farmhouse sleep comfortably?

Comfortably, meaning everyone is sleeping in a bed, the Farmhouse can sleep up to 16 people. If you include couches and large cushioned chairs, that number goes up to about 20. And if you bring lots of blankets and/or air mattresses, the possibilities are endless.
